Meet Dave

My wife, Mary, and I fell in love with the Methow Valley in the early-mid 1990s. We came to stay at Sun Mountain Lodge and did not want to leave! We purchased property in Winthrop in 1996 and moved here afterward. Now we and our nine-year-old son, Sam, are happy to make the Methow our full-time home.

While Sam attends Methow Valley Elementary School and Mary works in the community, I have the privilege of helping people discover the beautiful and pristine Methow Valley!

Before working in the real estate, I spent 20 years in the media business, serving as an executive-level newsroom manager at television stations in Seattle and Portland.
